http://netfile.gc.ca/sftwr-eng.html there are 3 listed as for Macs, and more that are online versions (mac & windows compatible). These are the ones approved at the moment, there may be more in the coming weeks but if you wanted to file now it should get you started.

You can use TurboTax or H&R Block. Both services work well and they are available for MAC. If you follow the link in my signature. LOAN REVIEWER. You can view a detailed break down and comparison of the different Tax Software available for Canadians.
