I need some coupon secrets!!!!!

I Look a lot on the trading coupon page. I read through everyones coupons and they all look so good!!! Where does everyone find these great coupons???? I go to save.ca, websaver, gocoupon,brandsaver and also the coupon lists here. A lot of people have multiple coupons which I cant ever seem to get more than just one of a product. Some people have everyday grocery items like tuna,shampoo,gushers,coffee ect. They seem very rare to me. Does anyone have any ideas on where I can search or look for better multiple coupons? If you're looking for food coupon, then you should check Safeway and IGA. If you're looking for non-perishable item then you should check out zellers and SDM. If you're desperate for some coupons, then you can do some trades with people or join a train.

P.S. Check out your region sub-section, they might offer coupon groups that gives out coupons or trades coupon.

Some people look through recycle blue boxes for coupons.

Thanks for the tips. I dont have a safeway or iga around cambridge area. i will def check out zellers and shoppers for sure!!!! Im not sure what a region sub-section is to be honest. i did my first trade today which was great!!! i didnt realize that some stores have coupon rip off packs that can possibly be used in diff stores. that will prob get me some good coupons!!!! I am def not afraid at looking in peoples recycle for coupons.

the best thing to do is price match everything at Walmart and then use a manufacturer coupon. Sunday/Monday deals at SDM usually let you get the most aggressive savings so pm those. Also look at the 50% off counter at Loblaws stores.
