Thread: Hubbys first coupon experience.
-
Thu, Jun 2nd, 2011, 02:06 PM #1
Everytime I shop hubby keeps asking me if I bought bug spray. and everytime I say "not until I find a good deal to use my coupons on"
Well that day came and I sent my husband out to get it.
I should mention he hates coupons... This is what he looks like when he shops with me ---->
But because he loves me and knows it would kill me to buy something I have a coupon for and not use a coupon.... he did it!
I would have given him all my coupons to stock up on this stuff but I think I would have been pushing my luck LOL
home depot:
2x off bug spray 3.98 each = 7.96 - 5$ wub 2 = 2.96
OOP 3.34
Total saved about 14$ from reg price. This thread is currently associated with: Home DepotA little goes a long way!

he will occasionally bring home coupons if he comes accross them although he never looks at what they are for...
wart removers and bladder control products
should my feeling be hurt?

He bought them from south keys however they do not have the smooth and dry left so he bought one kids and one active. If you go on the website search OFF and you will see the three kinds on for that price. you can click on the item and search by postal code to see the inventory. I think that is such a cool function to have on a website so you dont have to call every store looking for the itemA little goes a long way!

Lol, aww that was very sweet of him to do that for you!
My partner was the same way when I had to drag her out to do shopping with me, now she makes sure to ask if I have a coupon for something we need and she gladly goes out to get it. :DOpen for all coupon trades!

With that bug spray now, you can send him in the wood and go coupon hunting! lol
Was a great deal. Got 2 bottles as well. I shouldn't have picked up. There's no expiry date on the bottle.

My husband was so impressed by the $5 savings he enjoyed the first time I sent him out with a coupon that he always asks before going to the store, "Do you have any coupons that we could use?"
Glad your husband has also felt the coupon magic!
