CAA Membership - Rules for Associate Member

Hi Everyone, I just recently renewed my CAA membership. My sister would also like to join. She resides with me on weekends and often during the summer months but has her permanent address in the city where she goes to school. The associate member guidelines dont say anything about permanent addresses, but thought I would make sure before I purchase the membership. Does CAA cross reference official documents or ask for proof of address for the person you are adding?

My daughter is listed as an associate on my card. She does not have the same address as I do and we have never had a problem. This post actually reminds me that mine is coming due in May. Uggh hate that expense LOL

do they send the associate card addressed to you or the associate? I am worried I may not get it since her primary address is not with me

Mine always went to my Mom's house.
but i always just assumed it had to go to her house because it's basically an extension of her card,

The card will be sent to her attention at your home address. When it arrives, (and it will so don't worry about that) just give her the card and she's good to go!
