1.) Do ya'll get Mother's Day presents(other than the ones your kids make at school?) ? Flowers?
No, and I am allergic to flowers
2.) Buddy do you any favourite Easter chocolates that I could pick up for you on the post Easter sales?
Any...Between my kids and my hubby, sweets do not stand a chance in this house!
3.) Buddy do you want anything from Michaels?
Any craft supplies for the kids, disposable piping bags, black icing coloring, Crayola anything, Cake decorating course
4.) What size are your feet?
8 or 8 1/2 (I have Fred Flinstone feet, so it depends on the shoe)
5.) What is your favorite color?
Pink, white, silver, grey, purple
6.) Are there any books you want? Any specific titles/authors/genre?
No, thank you.
7.) Do you have an E-Reader?
Nope...
8.) What are your family's names and birthdays?
Dave, 39
Justin, 7
Emma, 4
9.) How do you feel about knit dish cloths? Homemade socks?
Dishcloths, yes
Homemade socks, no thank you
10.) Is there anything from The Body Shop you would like?
I do not shop there (I avoid the mall like the plague), but do have a small obsession with fruit-scented handsoaps with micro-beads (the gritty ones) from Dollarama (because we go through around 3 hand-soaps a week, I am too 'thrifty' to spend more than a dollar on it!)
11.) How tall are you?
5' 7"
12.) If you found $20 and had to spend it on yourself, what would you buy?
LOL! A ToysRUs g/c to have towards Christmas
I would probably hit Canadian Tire to find some new lures/tackle.
13.) If you found $5 and had to spend it on yourself, what would you buy?
A tea from Tim Hortons, maybe...?
Gwennad had posted a question asking if there were things we forgot to add to our lists, and my answer is ...
YES!
- Contigo travel mugs ~ RRLF the pink one with flowers on it!
- Contigo kids drink containers (I saw them at my sister's the other day and they are AWESOME!)
- Solar garden lights
- Solar lights deck post caps
- Miracle Grow (Love the sticks for my indoor plants, always been too cheap to buy any for my outdoor gardens! )
There actually was something that I couldn't believe I forgot to add to it, but can't think of it right now.
I do know it was much more reasonable than many of the other things on my list!
I remembered!
***PINK pliers! (For fishing...I have had red and black and the boys punk them on me! :S) ***
Also, planters for my front porch and back deck.
Ideas as to my taste:

(Random, I know! Modern/Contemporary with accents of super funky ~ Love it!)
15.) Buddy, do you have long hair or short hair?
Long ~ down to my belt
16.) Buddy, what kind of cell phone do you have?
A crappy old one that has had a broken screen since it was two months old (in 2009, maybe?)
17.) Do you drink tea? Full leaf or bagged? Are you open to new flavors, or do you have a favorite?
Tetley Orange Pekoe, bags. That's it, thank you
18.) Do you need any items from SDM (Bonus Points Event)?
Other than stuff on my WL?
The only thing I can think of is something I saw there once and then could never find again!
It was a multi-pack of temporary hair color (had pink, purple, blue, something else)...It would be for Emma, so nothing to dramatic or permanent!
19.) Would you like any movies?
Finding Nemo, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Toy Story, Toy Story 2...
20.) Would you like anything from IKEA?
Ooohhh! I LOVE Ikea, and could take one of everything in their store! that being said, they do not deliver to Kingston, and I have not been in one for years...Will check out their website to see if anything in particular catches my eye!
21.) Do you need some samples of feminine hygeine products and a case?
No need for those here. Thank you, though
22.) What do you take in your coffee?
I drink tea, black. My hubby has XL 3X3
23.) What's your favourite store?
Canadian Tire, Bass Pro Shop, Winners
24.) Can you cook?
LOL! I CAN...Whether or not it's good is another question! I do love to cook, if that counts!
25.) Do you wear perfume?
Absolutely not ~ insanely allergic
26.) Do you like to play card or board games?
Yes! I play cards and dice quite regularly
27.) Favourite TV show?
Big Brother (PLEASE do not get me any 'themed' items! ~ I REALLY dislike dust-collectors!)
28.) Do you collect anything?
Children. The set is complete now, please do not send more!
29.) Does your child have a favourite cartoon character?
Emma ~ Princess (Ariel, especially) anything, Barbie, anything to do with puppies
Justin ~ Phineas & Ferb
30.) Would you accept used, but in good condition, toys for you child?
Yes and no...I cannot keep up with all of the junk (or as they call them 'toys') that they have now. HOWEVER, if it is something that may be on our list, or something that you think they will love, second items are A-Okay with us!
31.) What are the shirt sizes for you and your family?
Hubby ~ L/XL (He is 6'2", so it depends on the shirt/arm length
Me ~ S/M (again, depends on the shirt style)
Justin ~ 8
Emma ~ 5
32.) Do you scrapbook? Would you start if you receive an album and some embellishments?
No thank you. If it is not something we will use regularly, it is a dust collector.
If it is stuff you already have that the kids could use for arts and crafts, that would be great
33.) Can I get you a small mickey bottle from LCBO, if so what would you like?
Do you drink red or white wine?
I do not drink, my hubby drinks Vodka.
We do entertain quite frequently and my friends beg for my strawberry marguritas (sp?) and jello shots.
For those I use white tequila & Triple Sec (Marg's) and ANY liquor for my jello shots
34.) Are there any samples that you would like (as extras)?
LOVE samples! Where to begin...?
My RRLF Sample items are
Pledge® All-Purpose Dusting Cloths
Mr Clean Magic Eraser
Other ones are:
John Freida Blonde stuff that came out
Pantene shampoo and conditioner
Gillette razors
Tide Pods or Liquid
Bounce dryer sheets (or bars, but I have never seen the bars)
Johnson's Take Along Pack (Awesome for travelling/camping!)
Chocolate bars
Crest ProHealth Toothpaste
Tetley Travel Pack
Thrive
Dove
Olay body wash
Downy Unstoppables (the teal one only, I am allergic to the other scents)
Post its, tabs, minis, etc
Clorox Cleaning wipes w/ the mircofiber cloth
(Sorry for the bold print ~ I copied & pasted)
35.) Do you like Aveeno or Burt's Bees products?
Never tried either, but my bestie SWEARS that the Burt's Bees Lip Balm is THE BEST, so we would like to try that!
36.) Do you like Lindt and do you have a favourite?
My family LOVES junk food! Any will do!Last edited by missbee217; Mon, Apr 8th, 2013 at 01:58 PM.

Tops- im a L right now. anything is ok as long as its not neon or large pattern. im rather picky though, no 3/4 or half sleeves.
Movies, oh we have it all here, im not sure i like to go though, hubby usually takes the boy as a break for me. it would have to be a really good movie for me to go. last one we went to was the one with Meryl Streep. ya that one. with a teenaged son. not the best move on our part poor kid.Be Strong

Buddy ~
I just realized that under the People I Love section, I listed Skylanders for 3DS ~ I got it on sale at best Buy for $9.99, so while he doesn't know it yet, he already has it.
I am sorry if you got it; I wasn't even thinking about my WL when I saw the sale, I just thought, $69.99 on for $9.99?! SOLD! If you did, please just pm Nat and have her let me know and I will return this one

Thought of something else for my WL ~
Miracle Grow!
I love the sticks for my indoor plants ~ always been too cheap to buy the stuff for outdoor gardens.
Would use any! I remember to water my plants when they look like they are dead, so I REALLY noticed a big difference once I started using the Miracle Grow!
SOOOOO much better than those Jobe sticks that Dollarama carries!RRLF: Cineplex Passes, Optimum Points (and my sanity...I think I lost it a while back

I'm here in the corner too. I'm feeling a super duper "I HATE MONDAYS" feeling today. I had a great weekend full of food, friends, good boyfriend time, and board games. and then woke up today really not wanting to come to work. =(
I'm going to sneak out for lunch in an hour to get some food, fresh air, and maybe do some buddy shopping. =)
hello monday, hello corner!

I just ordered a neato from Costco... I hate to vacuum and it was cheaper than a roomba and has some good reviews, I hope the darn things works lol. I seriously hate to vacuum, no one in the house likes it lol, Jackson cries and says it's too loud, the dog runs to hide, the fat cat runs to hide. Joshua tries to play with the vacuum so maybe he likes it. Actually I think he'll like the neato since he can chase it around lol. And extra hopeful the dog doesn't try to kill it
