This has been a great day to be at home sick! (gotta look on the bright side of everything!)
Got my package for the Easter Train, 2 VWT's home, movie ticket from Lean Cuisine, and 3 envies for the VWT I am running.

Me too, though I'm home everyday, LOL. I have a nasty sinus infection that came on Saturday but thankfully didn't knock me out until yesterday. I thoroughly enjoyed Easter with my family.

Lol.. or Rome, or the Greek Islands, or an African Safari.. let's think big here..

I guess I'm ok.. my BP has been up and my heart rate was over 120, so he wanted to send me from his office to get an EKG while it was racing.. I thought maybe I was getting dizzy still after knocking myself out last week, but seems it's something else! Not that I have much confidence in the student taking my test, I believe I was hooked up for 2 minutes... maybe less, but it's safe I'm not having a heart attack, so it can't all be bad... Just feels like I'm running the 100 meter dash, constantly!

Too bad feeling like your running doesn't shed pounds... I think I need new pants for San Francisco, lol!

I'm not a doctor, dietician or other medical professional, BUT I would recommend you dramatically reduce the sodium and salt in your diet. I guarantee that you will see change within a week. My dad had a blood pressure over 200 (if you can believe it! and he's still alive!!) and that change, along with introducing exercise (walking) has made a DRAMATIC difference in his life. Sometimes it's the little things we can do. I'm happy to hear your physician was on the ball though, and sent you for an ECG right away. Unless it occurs regularly, heart abnormalities can be easily missed!

(Don't worry, I'm educated, LOL - I teach premed and nursing students their introductory physiology class).
