I should check that out...although I did Jillian Michael's shred workout thing...but only did level 1 and started slacking...oy. I definately noticed a difference though, I should stop procrastinating and start it again...or the insanity one...can you do it at home?

Good to know. I ordered the Winnie the Pooh inflatable tub for DS off of Huggies and it took for-eva.

Good to know..thanks I started doing Insanity yesterday at home and am going to keep the boot camps in 2-3 times a week but I did the first Insanity workout bare foot because I hate wearing shoes in the house to work out...not sure why but I just do. LOL WELL it was a bad choice as the workout had lots of jumping and my poor calves and arches of my feet are killing me. Even getting the crazy stand you right up from a dead sleep cramps in them through the night last night...getting old kinda sucks...sigh

I wouldn't even attempt Insanity because I workout barefoot at home, I can do that with most of my workouts, especially my Leslie (walk away the pounds) but add in that much bouncing and stuff, no way! Try the glutamine
