I didn't like Jillian's workout because she doesn't DO the workout. I like when the instructor actually does what you are doing, it makes me feel like they are cheating and if they can't do it why should I? There are a few instructors like that and I won't do their stuff any more lol. I don't mind a quick check of form but when they spend half the time or more giving pointers and not doing the work, well that's just not right!

Yes! I do a few class at the rec center and my favorite instructors are the ones who sweat as much or more then me.

i would love to do those workout but the workout i get at work and then at home with DD is usually enough for me...Julesie-pie my DD is 3 in July good luck with the potty training

I guess I'm ok.. my BP has been up and my heart rate was over 120, so he wanted to send me from his office to get an EKG while it was racing.. I thought maybe I was getting dizzy still after knocking myself out last week, but seems it's something else! Not that I have much confidence in the student taking my test, I believe I was hooked up for 2 minutes... maybe less, but it's safe I'm not having a heart attack, so it can't all be bad... Just feels like I'm running the 100 meter dash, constantly!

Too bad feeling like your running doesn't shed pounds... I think I need new pants for San Francisco, lol!
