wow, there are a lot of "newbies" on this package train, meaning, ones that haven't ridden in the past 3-4 ones that I have. yay! that's exciting. already I can see it is going to be so busy. I don't know if I can keep up!!!

Good to know..thanks I started doing Insanity yesterday at home and am going to keep the boot camps in 2-3 times a week but I did the first Insanity workout bare foot because I hate wearing shoes in the house to work out...not sure why but I just do. LOL WELL it was a bad choice as the workout had lots of jumping and my poor calves and arches of my feet are killing me. Even getting the crazy stand you right up from a dead sleep cramps in them through the night last night...getting old kinda sucks...sigh

I like Jillian Michaels too, even though she yells at me and makes me cry. I started the 30 day Shred a while back and had to stop because of hip problems, gained all the weight back and now I'm ready to give it a go again.

On a side bar, she and her partner just had a baby. Can't remember if she had a boy or girl, but she's a mommy now!!

I like Jillian Michaels too, even though she yells at me and makes me cry. I started the 30 day Shred a while back and had to stop because of hip problems, gained all the weight back and now I'm ready to give it a go again.

I like watching Jillian on the Biggest loser but I couldn't take her yelling at me. I would cry or get really defensive and yell back. I like Bob Harper better, he doesn't yell quite so rudely and he isn't bad to look at (well usually, but that full beard he had on the last season of Biggest Loser looked awful!)

Jillian has two daughters, one that she was in the process of adopting when she met her partner then they had a baby. (People magazine is my guilty pleasure)
