Ok time for answers since I can't come up with a list

My hubbies theory on any present giving for any holiday is...... " it is just another normal day, why should I have to buy you anything".....and " I will get you something just because and when I feel like it". I am ok with this because.... He spoils me all the time in many other ways, and I love the surprise of it. :D
For example: he was out of town working and we had just bought our first house, which needed a ton of work before we could move in. His friend, who was helping me with the renovations, showed up one day with 2 dozen red roses. Well to say the least I was a little taken aback and concerned that he was giving me flowers. Until that evening when DH called me and asked how I liked my flowers, I could have shot him because his instructions were to deliver them but not tell me who they were from this was the first time DH ever bought me flowers and you can be sure I will never forget it.

Now my 2 sometimes wonderful daughters always make me something on every holiday and odd days in between

No chocolate for me this time. I am on a very very strict diet right now.

There is some stuff I would love from Micheals, I will try to include as much as I can in my list. But the short list is.... Any yarn, I love to crochet, drawing pencils, new sketch book, drawing stomp ( a paper pencil for shading), and 8x10 frames

    Since we're all being chatty...

I have a question about skin.
Since 2008 I have lost a substantial amount of weight. I had went from 300lbs down to 190, got pregnant with DS and went back up to 260. I am currently sitting right below 200 and I am REALLY not happy with my skin. It is saggy and wrinkly, and I just have no idea what to do. I have been hitting the gym trying to tighten and tone everything, but nothing is helping. The tummy skin I could definantly deal with but I have about 2 inches of skin hanging from my arms and my thighs are droopy.

    Advice?! Please!!

I actually like the Maple Bacon one. There's a donut place across the street from St. Pat's church on Main and 12th that has Maple Bacon donuts ... mmmmmmm

Forgot to mention - I tried two ice cream flavours there that I will never try again - creamed corn ice cream and chocolate chili ice cream. Eww to the first and too hot to the second, LOL.

    SO...
    $6.17 = $6.15 ~ Should get a nickel back

    THANK YOU. I was right

Here's the story. So, my purchases came to $6.17 at the dollar store. I gave her $6.20 and nothing. I asked for my change. She said I didn't get any. She tried to convince me that my purchases were rounded up to $6.20. I told her no, that it was rounded down to $6.15 and she owed me a nickel. She said no. Then she said, I could have given her $6.15. So I said fine, give me my change back (two dimes). I then asked her to exchange them for 4 nickels and gave her three. She still insisted I owed her $6.20. Really? OK fine, I gave her all 4 damn nickels and then she gave me three pennies change. What? I went through all that and she had pennies. Good grief. LOL

The two little old ladies behind me were LAUGHING at the whole stupidity of it. I know it was only 2 cents, but it was the principal. If she rips off a nickel from 10 people a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year ... that's a lot of money!

    You are my hero!!

Do you have any secrets to share? I'd love to lose 50lbs and get back to my wedding weight, LOL. I've always been a curvy girl, and I would like to get back down to size 14 or 16.
