well.. good afternoon.. i was up at 645 this morning, hubby make breakie, send the kids off for 8. was going to bgo back to bed, my son shows up back home, he forgot a couple of things. ya right. finally got him back out 20 minutes. later.. went back to bed at 830. was promptly asleep in 30 seconds and slept for 3 hours. apparently i needed it. feel SO much better than i did last night and all week.
ok so pj's or sleepshirt-- to sleep in def. a sleep shirt but just a straight night shirt. no lace, buttons, details on it around the neck. it will make me itch. no sleeves. something in an A line. so a simple gown would be fine. that said on those days when were not going anywhere on weekends, i'll often shower and change into pjs. i like them snugly and warm. and im a size l/xl. hope that helps.
this train is so big its hard to keep up with the chat but i'll try. and apparently by the #'s im not having any issues. LOL.
were expecting rain here, north of here is expecting a snow storm yeesh!
with one week to go it better stay nice. 7 day had 11 on Wednesday will see.
OH and it was almost let out last night as my son is doing the music, using my other son's computer(his is broke) and his Dads cord and when we were sitting here eating dinner watching the news, my son is like, mom come here. he's done this a few times. when i came back down my husband is like what going on. i finally had to tell him that ill speak to my on if he needs to talk, he talks to us.. phew. he took that one. poor kid is trying so hard. i said anymore questions. wait til he's sleeping/or gone. one more week, one more week.Be Strong
Be True
Be You.
Simple as that!

Thanks everyone

I agree with Cheri too
We are trying to think of all the positive things that Owen brought to our lives.
The best thing is that he brought Mick and I together--I live in Orillia and Mick has been in Toronto for the past 20 yrs, he was born here then left and came back for highschool--when we met in 1986. He moved out west in 1987, in the early 90's he moved back and I was in university and we talked on the phone and wrote letters!!! pre internet!! lol But we did not see eachother, was not the time, we lost touch again until last fall when he got the nerve to fb me--had been creeping me since Jan and friended me in late august. As soon as we found out I was pregnant Mick gave notice on his 1 bedroom apt in the city, I was living with my parents. I found us an awesome 3 bedroom house to rent, awesome backyard for the dogs and an inground pool with huge patio. His whole apt could fit in our huge living room!!!! We laugh about it only together for 6 months and have lived a lifetime. Owen put our relationship on fast forward, I know that we would be together either way, but would probably not have moved in so quickly and still just seeing eachother on weekends.
Mick has 4 sisters and had not really talked to his oldest sister in years--we have talked to her more in the past month than he has in years. Owen has brought our family together and made us all closer.
Neither one of us had children and now we have a son, he couldn't stay with us long but he is our sweet baby boy and we will cherish him and never forget him. He was perfect, had Micks big feet and my little nose.
It is amazing how many women have a been through this, most people I have talked to know someone who this has happened to.
Thanks again for the support, being on here staying busy has been helping me very much.

That's awesome! Well there are awesome recipes on the Nutribullet facebook page and when u buy the nutribullet they give you some recipes. It's up to you what you want to put in there. Today I made spinach, kale, cilantro., celery, tumeric, lemon, lemon zest, strawberries, pear, almond butter. It is so good!
For dinner I'm baking some chicken with my own homemade shake and bake breadcrumbs, some loaded mashed potatoes (with bacon, old cheddar cheese, buttermilk and green onion) and a spinach salad. I have some bacon I need to use up and some green onions staring at me.
Yes, I know I'm being decadent today with dinner but I don't really feel that bad when I start out with a green smoothie. I kind of give myself that little treat once in a while.
