Not much of a brag, but I'm just so happy I finally got my Vileda ProMist mop. Whenever there is a sale they seem to be gone. I've been holding on to my raincheck for Zellers forever, but they're always out.

So it was $19.99 at Walmart today and with my $5 coupon I got it half price ($14.99 reg $29.99).

Can't wait to fill it with my Vinegar/Water solution and give it a go.....no excuses for sticky floors now!

I do have a dog.....you can buy a microfibre cloth that velcros onto the swiffer at dollarama.

I don't buy swiffers anymore. It just goes right into the wash and works just as well if not better.......

    Hope you can find one.

The problem with the pug is that even after sweeping there is still so much hair. I would dread putting the cloth in the wash becuase his hair would get all over everything. P.S Can you tell i am not no molly maid expert!

Trust me its so worth it. Just try one for a dollar! You can pick most of the hair off before you throw it into the wash.

I have a Haan sweeper/steam mop (called haan duo). It has a vacuum in the front and mop pad on the back portion. So you use both at the same time so it picks up all the debri in the vacuum part and it's steam mopping in the back portion so your floors are completely done all at once. I know bissell also has a version of this too. (they both retail for about $100 but you only use water and pads into the washing machine) I don't have any pets so not too sure on how it does picking up pet hair.
