I've always refilled mine as well... I just use a syringe from medicine ...That way I don't have to pry anything open or make any holes. Takes about three mins to fill it with the syringe so it's not too time consuming either

Yes - I wedged one half of a pair of tweezers under the cover and it popped off.
I *hate* the smell of the cucumber soap and dumped it into a container and gave it to Sunraven so it wouldn't get wasted, LOL...refilled it with my own liquid soap.
I also don't like to use antibacterial soap - the more that kind of stuff gets used, the "smarter" the bacteria get in adapting to them, my MD friends tell me. It's just like overprescribing antibiotics. Regular soap allegedly does the job just as well, since it's the soap breaking the barriers of the cell walls that kills them (again, so I'm told - I'm not a microbiologist!).

Yeah we have two currently ( I won one, paid $6 for another - after taxes) and we refill them. Darren just takes a butter knife, pops the lid off and refills it (no need for a funnel
).
He says the butter knife with the pattern on the handle (it's an orphan we adopted) works better because the blade is thinner.
Anyways, I have two coupons at the moment and am waiting for a sale, hopefully next week. I have one more bathroom and the kitchen to supply. My blog is Resolving Timeline Issues
I'm doing the Run for the Cure for my mom and my mother in law!
I'm giving away these coupons for free! It's updated fairly regularly.

They can be refilled?!!! Great news. Now I wish I'd gotten 2 afterall (for kitchen and bathroom) I haven't tried mine yet. I avoid too many "use and toss" items so I settled for just one to try it out.
