couponing in buffalo???

I am planning a trip to buffalo, NY and would appreciate any help as to where I can go to get coupons for the states before my trip. Also, can anyone tell me if as Canadians we can get US store cards.

I know the Target & Walmart websites in the States have special coupon sections. I'm wondering if it's possible to get American coupons mailed to Canada. I'm tempted to get a PO Box in Buffalo just for coupons & freebies!

From what I understand, some of the stores will let you have a store loyalty card; they'll just enter their own postal code.

I actually have 3 x 35Cents coupons for Stash Tea that are US. If you want to trade for them PM me. They have no expiry date but state on them that they cannot be doubled.
