The points value on some items change from what I originally had in the VIB mini coupon booklet I received after I registered as an expectant mom......last night I used 4 VIB cpns(2 were in conjunction with manufacturer's coupon).i used points I had + bonus VIB points from 3 items to buy life formula for ~$8...will use my VIB coupon (3000 pts)for pampers wipes(will print mnf $1.00 off cpn) & a Mustela product( on sale + will use manf cpn-my VIB cpn is for 800 pts so will use one I saw online for 1000 pts....woohoo!

Tried to use the 2000 pts for Huggies wipes tub, would not work, so mgr manually added 2000 pts in, any one has the same problem??

My printer doesn't print out the coupons very dark so the bar code reader often rejects my coupons. Just ask the cashier to type in the UPC code of the coupons and it will then get accepted.

My printer doesn't print out the coupons very dark so the bar code reader often rejects my coupons. Just ask the cashier to type in the UPC code of the coupons and it will then get accepted.

The cashier typed in the upc codes, then the computer would accept and showed up 2000 points when total, it says " the coupon not valid on this purchase, then 2000 pts not show up any more, we tried couple times, the mgr said you can not use this coupon, I had to argue for a while then the mrg did it manually, she was not happy to do that

My coupon went through fine. Not sure why yours wouldn't work.

My 2000 pt coupon actually scanned this time and worked no problem in conjunction with 20x event.
