    FYI : I work in Nesters and I packed the meat and Tek my coworker in the meat dept always label meat by the pound and Nesters make sausages and meatballs fresh

    I rarely buy stuff that are packaged and priced in this way because they're often not a good value.

    Unfortunately, I find that math skills of most people are rather lacking and it's easy to get tricked.

    I notice that over the last couple of weeks meat packs without price per pound/kilo are now appearing in zehrs flyers.

    Previously, it seemed limited to Food Basics and Walmart.

    I would hate to see this become too thoroughly entrenched. If it does, price comparison will become impossible.
