Has anyone noticed that the newest P & G has a statement that says
"no cash or credit in excess of the shelf price may be returned to consumer or applied to transaction" so don't be surprised if companies start really reading these coupons and we loose out on overages...This thread is currently associated with: N/A<a href="http://www.TickerFactory.com/savings/w7OIIln/">

I noticed it!!! The cashier rung up the $.97 toothbrushes and toothpastes and took the whole coupon off. When I looked at the $4.50 WUB blah blah blah, then I realized about the wording!! I wonder if that's why we're getting more BOGOs???
