Mine also got sent back saying I purchased the wrong product. I did buy the right product so I called to inquire. I was told that because I used a coupon it did not qualify. It does say may not be combined with any other offers on the MIR but this is pretty generic. I asked what the definition of "offer" is since it doesn't state. I was told coupons and sales are "offers". They should definitely be more clear with their specifications.

Me too I got a rejection yesterday for using a coupon , despite I have got other products and used coupons too, they highlighted all of the coupons and said can't combine with any other offer How did rhey know which is which!!!

I wonder if we crossed out everything we purchased on our receipt Accept the Deodorants with a black marker will they still accept it? I have personal items on my receipt maybe I don't want them to see lol "Like the Coupons I used" I could write a little note saying I crossed out my "personal purchases" We should have privacy rights when we mail in these Rebate forms

I don't have the form in front of me so I am not aware of the wording only by what you wrote, but I think colgate Palmolive staff is confused about the definitions. I know myself and others have used coupons with the wording "can not be combined with any other offer" on sale and discount items. Does that mean we have committed fraud. Just thought I would point this out since I know many others including myself have used those types of coupons on sales at the store. Whats everyone thoughts

I actually emailed the company and got a reply this morning. They are sending me a form so for those that didn't get one, try emailing!

OMG! You guys!!! I got my ticket in the mail today!!!! I bought a couple at Walmart and I got my ticket!!!!!!!!

I know I had coupons with me to use, but I'm not sure if I actually ended up using them. I think I had an FPC for chocolate something or other that I probably used.

What kills me about this is that they are the manufacturer...they decide when the coupons come out and expire...if they were so concerned about people combining them you'd think they would put this offer out when they had no active coupons for the products.
