Mine got sent back for buying the wrong product but they highlighted where it said "vendor coupon" on my bill...who is to say that coupon is off their product? They better believe they will be getting a phone call from me about this one!

What was the wrong product?
I was going to use the coupon too, but I guess for $4 it's still worth it....but I don't like not using a perfectly good coupon.

What a bummer! I got my rejected form back today--they rejected it because I used the $2 wub 2 Speed Sticks coupon. I guess I'll be returning the deodorant for a refund at Walmart.

There is nothing in the form that state "No coupon" or combined with other offer, any 2 or more 14 g products.

Seems like theres been a lot of issues with this promo. I'm worried about mine now. I kow I had coupons with me that day, but I don't think I used them during the transaction....

Booooo I used the coupon to purchase these as well. That sucks, I was looking forward to seeing a couple free movies. I'll probably keep my deoderants though bc I'm running low and I only paid $1 for each one anyway. Still disappointing I probably won't even bother wasting the stamps to send mine in since they'll most likely get rejected. Thanks for letting everyone know Denise.

Perhaps I will then, you're absolutely right it doesn't say that anywhere on the MIR. It doesn't even have the usual 'cannot be combined with other offers' phrase on it. I will wait a month or so to send mine in though so hopefully by then enough people will have argued their refusals and maybe they'll just start accepting them.

On the other side of the form it says cannot be combined with any other offer...they highlighted it on my form. I emailed them last night and they thanked me for my feedback, basically re-wrote out the requirements from the form in the email, and at the end they said they are sending me coupons for their products.

For anyone looking to participate in this MIR, there is a sale at Pharmasave where you can get them 2/$3 this week. Still a good deal even though you can't use a coupon to qualify for the rebate (see previous posts). My total came to $3.39 which is still a great price for a movie ticket imo.

Hmmm, this is bad, I mailed out for multiple family members all with coupons used. I guess will get rejection then? Did they also mail your receipt back?

i called Colgate. They said it did not matter where you bought the product as long as by the rules on the form
so i went to Pharmasave and bought WITHOUT!!!!!!! a coupon
