hi there, you can find free coupons here in the database, at websaver.ca, save.ca, gocoupons.ca, etc... or you could go to your local stores and walk around checking tearpads, or you enter the great canadian coupon giveaway at extremecouponscanada.blogspot.com and get a great starter pack!

Hi and welcome to SC. We are all glad you are here. FPC's usually come from a manufacturer. There are a few manufacturers you can email once a year and they will send you a FPC such as Chapmans Ice Cream. There is a thread here that you can read that will help you, it will give info on what manufactures you can call and whether they will send you some FPC's. Read several of the thread here, they are all very informative. Hope this helps, and again welcome to SC

WELCOME!!! I'm really new too! Some things I've learned so far:
You can sign up for P&G's website. They offer coupons, as periodically have samples you can request. (Often, coupon sites require that you sign up, and a lot of them mail coupons directly to you). When you sign up for P&G & other sites, often they ask if you would like to opt in to their email newsletters - say yes, as this is another means of getting coupons & samples, as well as notification of their contests.
As well, if you are on facebook, you can 'like' a lot of companies pages, and they often offer coupons for 'liking' them, they also have contests or send samples as well to people who have 'liked' them... (If you are uneasy about allowing access to your facebook page, you can set up a second page devoted exclusively for couponing purposes.
Watch for coupons inside or on the packaging & labels of products you already buy - sometimes you can score big - like free yogurt or bananas coupons on cereal boxes, multiple coupons for other products enclosed inside packages...
MOST IMPORTANTLY, thoroughly check out this site! Its an awesome resource full of all kinds of info! Read through posts/threads for inspiration and info on hot deals, new coupons or freebies AND above all, HAVE FUN....

Manufacturers put out FPCs through their facebook profiles and their websites from time to time. As soon as someone spots one they put it up on the "coupons" tab on Smart Canucks. With time you'll begin amassing them.
