    Is this what they do now insted of coupons for replacements?
    I emailed them about some defective blades and they asked how much they cost. I replied and I just got a cheque in the mail, like one I can take to the bank for the money.. instead of a coupon...

    they did the same for me when I had problems with the white strips.
    I'm guessing they do this for the higher priced items?

    We once got a cheque in the mail for complaining about a defective KitKat bar. Seriously, it was for, like, a buck-something. I didn't even cash it- it was too amusing, I just hung onto it.

    I think it's their "100% satisfaction" policy. If you are not totally satisfied, they will reimburse you for the item instead of having you go buy the same one, cause obviously you weren't satisfied...lol
