Thanks for the tip. For me, it depends on the cashier I get...some of them charge tax, some don't. Usually if i go to Loblaws or Walmart I have to pay tax, I never do when I use my FPC at Metro.
To be on the safe side, i am now waiting for the No-Tax days at Loblaws to use my FPC's.

Yes! I do that too! On the no tax day, you don't have to worry about the hassle over the taxes.

If you have a FPC for a product with the sentence ''the taxes are included blabla'', make sure that the cashier scan the free product first, this way she can see the price with the taxes included, or use them together in another transaction.. your OOP should be 0$

I was told by the owners of Sobey's that coupons can "Be Voided" at their discretion if they have been written on and so I do not that. All FPC's do not have tax on them anyways according to government policies.

Not all FPC has the wording for tax included, I had issue with almost all stores. SDM is doing better with FPC, however, some cashiers still would ring in as regular 2001 code coupon, which don't give you the tax off. I recently just had issue in Metro, Walmart and Loblaws. All 3 mentioned due to no wording indicating tax is included on the FPC
