I notice in a post about someone brag oscarand me asked why we still sometime get charged on FPC mostly when we should not...example: the face value of the coupons include gts so I remember when I started couponning 2 years ago I highlighted this sentence on my coupons and the expiry date and it worked...what are yours tip on that?

Thanks for the tip. For me, it depends on the cashier I get...some of them charge tax, some don't. Usually if i go to Loblaws or Walmart I have to pay tax, I never do when I use my FPC at Metro.
To be on the safe side, i am now waiting for the No-Tax days at Loblaws to use my FPC's.

If you have a FPC for a product with the sentence ''the taxes are included blabla'', make sure that the cashier scan the free product first, this way she can see the price with the taxes included, or use them together in another transaction.. your OOP should be 0$

Not all FPC has the wording for tax included, I had issue with almost all stores. SDM is doing better with FPC, however, some cashiers still would ring in as regular 2001 code coupon, which don't give you the tax off. I recently just had issue in Metro, Walmart and Loblaws. All 3 mentioned due to no wording indicating tax is included on the FPC
