I phoned about my missing 39,000 points. First...there is a problem with loading point using an iPhone or android. They show as loaded on the phone but sometimes they actually have not been loaded. The problem is intermittent and they are working on an update for the app. I was instructed to load my points using my computer until the updated app is released. They added approximately 8,000 points while I was on the phone and verified the three larger offers/purchases that totalled 32,000 points. They have submitted a request that those points be added. This will take 7-10 days. I assume the CSR who helped me had authority to added points up to a limit of perhaps 10,000. They were polite and helpful...hopefully the missing 32,000 will be added as efficiently.
Lesson learned today....until further notice, use my plastic card and load my points from my computer.
