Expired on: Thu, Feb 1st, 2018Hope this is not a duplicate post....I did a search and did not see anything.
Anyways, it looks like Loblaws is doing something similar to Sobey's where they have bonus PC points when you buy certain products.
I just linked my PC card to the programme, you can link your phone via an app or have a rewards card as well.
Here is the link, go check it out!

And if you need to contact them:
You can reach us at 1-855-6PC-PLUS (672-7587)Last edited by i_forget; Thu, Jul 24th, 2014 at 06:47 PM.

I downloaded the app earlier this week but have not yet tried it. I do not do my banking with PC so I am happy to try this new rewards program. Looks like it may be good. The app includes a "mobile card" that acts like a traditional plastic rewards card - except that you show it to the cashier on your phone. The app also has a recipe section, shopping list and bonus offers. This weeks offers are: 500 pts WUB PC organic canned beans, 200 pts WUB PC canned tomatos, 800 pts WUB Blue Menu peanut butter, 500 pts WUB celery, 200 pts for every $1 spent on avocados, 200 pts for every $1 spent on fresh sausage and 200 pts for every $1 spent on carrots. I am not sure of how many points you receive per $1 spent on non bonus items. 20000 pts has a redemption value of $20. You can link the app to your existing PC points bank accounts for those who have them. You do not have to bank with PC to join this program. Anyone try the app yet?

It looks like you need to get a card from a store but no stores near me are participating

None near me are participating either- I wonder if they are just trying it out in certain areas first and then will roll it out to more stores later... Too bad- sounds like a great program, especially since they give points for buying veg and such. Fingers crossed it comes our way soon!
I love free books! Earn points at Swagbucks and get great Amazon GCs or Paypal $$.
RLF: Goldfish!!, Butter, Astro Yogurt, Triscuit Thincrisps...

That's too bad! I will find out tomorrow if my local store is participating. From what I have read you do not need a card from the store unless you do not have the app. I have not tried to use it yet so I really don't know for sure Hopefully more stores will participate and more info about the program will be available in the coming weeks

My offers were veggies, breads and meats....a few things I usually buy, some things I buy but in different brands.
I was reading in the National Post just a bit ago that it is available in certain markets and will shortly be rolled out nationwide.Last edited by i_forget; Mon, May 6th, 2013 at 09:58 PM.

Kind of stupid that it's only Loblaw's stores and not the rest of Loblaw owned stores(SuperStore, NoFrills, BulkBarn, etc)
Also, the mobile app for Android requires way too much access to private information:
-Approximate Location(Network Based)
-Precise Location(GPS and Network-based)
-Full Network Access
-Modify Your Contacts
-Read Your Contacts
-Read Call Log
-Write Call Log
-Read Phone Status and Identity
-Modify or Delete Contents of Your USB StorageLast edited by SmartConsumer; Mon, May 6th, 2013 at 10:18 PM.

Thanks for posting. I signed up and linked the card to my PC credit card. The offers that I got this week are not too exciting, but I understood that new offers are sent every week.

hoping the start it in the independent stores, no frills, and RCSS. other then that, honeslty, not worth the 45 min drive to go to a grocery store. when i would have to drive by ... ummm..... at least a dozen other stores to get to teh one that has the program.
