While going through my transactions I noticed that there were two other transactions from last month that I received 0 points on. Even if there were no bonus offers I should still receive some 'base' points correct?

Shmeelady I did that too. Spent $201 before tax. After coupons $150. Sign is up at cashier that says 20000 points / $100 is based on total after coupons and before tax.
I went back to Loblaws today to get some more AMAZING clementines, and I wasn't given 2x 2000 pts. They corrected the error. I will still be going back tomorrow for more. They're sooooo yummy!!!
In the flyer, it is advertised for 2000 pts.
On Friday, I bought a box and was given 2x 2000 pts for one. An error on their behalf. And other SmartCanuckers also experienced this.
I went today, and bought 1 more box, and was awarded the advertised 2000 pts. Not 2x 2000 pts as I did on Friday. They corrected the computers, not my card.

I also got 2 boxes of the the clementines on Friday but I got NO points. I have sent a request through the system right away but I am still waiting for a response.
They just took away my points from the gift card buy $100 get 20 000 points deal from last week. Yikes.
They took away mine too, I should have spent them quick.
If you redeemed the points from the spend $100 get 20 000 points on gift cards or purchases will they take away points to make you go into negative points territory or do you get away with it?

I tried to get this deal but didn't get the bonus points. However, I think it's a shame that PC would take the points away after they were given. Shame on them! Although, the fine print does state "If any PC points are awarded to your Account in error, we reserve the right to deduct the number of PC points awarded in error at any time, and without notice to you. We are not obligated to honour a request to redeem PC points added to an Account in error." I read this after going through the policy with a fine tooth comb when I wasn't granted the points.
