Same rate for me, I think this was the same rate as the last offer I got also.

@Frugalbigmama and @amira84 - Thank you. I tried clicking on the exchange points box in the email and I keep getting "error". I would assume then, once I click on it, it will tell me which exchange rate I get.
Thanks for your help.
I am really feeling left out. 😩
I wonder if they are sent out to those who "hoard" points in hopes to get them spent? Probably not. But there must be some rhyme of reason you'd think.

I dont see any reason for getting this email to me. I do not hoard points...okay..i do have 1.5 redemptions worth of points but this time this email came from pcplus guys. My email accounts are not same for my pcplus and sdm account. Plus, i have only 26k points in my pcplus account.
There is hardly any logic for me here. I think they come to office everyday, flip the coins and that coin decides what should they do. :icon_scratch:
BAHAHAHA! Good way to do business I guess 😂
I only thought because I tend to spend points pretty regularly. Like I keep some saves but I spend as well. Once a month id say I redeem. So I wondered maybe those who save up for half the year generally to redeem? But you're right probably zero logic behind it
I am a point hoarder and I haven't received an email from either.
I am a points hoarder, haven't spent in a year on one of my cards. I wonder if geography has something to do with it? Those of you getting them, do you have a PC store close to you? Do you use your PC card often? Do you live in a city/small town?
Together we can crack this code lol
I was getting an error message every time I clicked on the button, but then I clicked it on the opposite edge and it worked! I don't know if this was the issue, but doesn't hurt to try :)
Worked for me, too! It allowed me to keep exchanging so I moved all but 5,000 Optimum points to PC points!
I think this is a really good deal for exchanging to optimum points. Max exchange say 100k points which is 80,000 optimum points. If you redeem at Shoppers at the regular 95,000 redemption level ($170), 100,000 pcplus points would be worth $143. This weekend being a bonus redemption, 100,000 pcplus points would be worth $168.
I'm not ready to cash in optimum points but at the right time, I see this being a good deal.
I'm single and cashed in $200 worth of Optimum points about 2 years ago. I am STILL using the stash, LOL! I only tend to redeem on items with long expiry dates like soap and if the item is on sale or if you get points on it. I've only earned 65,000 points since 2 years ago so moving them to PC even at a bit of a deficit is great for me because I can use them on groceries.
