My wife has a card as well as myself. We have individual accounts so that we will get different deals. You can log out of the account you are in and sign into a different account on the same device but I'm pretty sure you cannot run dual accounts on the same device because you cannot run dual instances of the same app.
Hope that helps a bit and if there is a better way I'm sure someone else may also contribute

I got this offer too! I've had a few other gas offers before, but nothing this good, so never bothered with it.
