Just curious: I sent a points inquiry a week ago today, and I'm wondering how long it typically takes to get a response? A recent post on this thread indicated almost immediately, so I'm wondering if I should contact them again?

Give them a call. A week is tooooooo long! I found that when I submit an inquiry on the app, it seems to go so quick.

Mission accomplished - it was a long wait on hold, but I got the points sorted out. It seems that when the points adjustment exceeds a certain amount, it can take longer? Mine was for 2700.

hi, does anyone know if pc is letting us redeem pts to pay for gift cards again and when? i see nofrills flyer sneak peek for the new week and it says 10,000 bonus pts for spending $100 in-store. thanks in advance.

I was just in the Superstore and the signs are still up that state no gift card purchases with PC Points.

@barbis9 the same thing happen to me the other day when I was trying to load from my tablet . but I had no problem on my computer

Mine was for 2800 & I heard back the next day. Weird that yours was held up for so long!

There is nothing wrong with my password - I can log into my regular pc plus account no problem. It is on this particular site it is not recognizing me as a PC plus member.....strange. I have tried it on my main laptop so it should work.

I just sent the following Feedback to PCPLus:

Your Sign In process has become rediculous and is turning me off using this program. Forcing me to study a dozen or more small images to find which ones have MOUNTAINS !!!! Then which Squares contain Street Signs (and not even in English)! Then one other layer ... plus 'I am Not a Robot' declaration! C'mon people this is nuts...
Please rethink and simplify.

Anyone else getting these multiple tasks to do, just trying to sign in to your account ?
