If you were not able to find the high points items, maybe speak with the customer service manager or store manager. My friend jumped in late and could not find the items yesterday evening. I went with my friend and we spoke with customer service staff. At this store, the manager said stock was not scheduled until Friday. That means on the shelf by Saturday. So my friend would buy when it’s available, keep the receipt, show to the manager and the manager would add the points.
