Just got this card, made several purchases, but the balance is still 0. Is this right?
ONly the credit card earns points on every dollar spent,,,,,debit cards do not
I always get offer buy 50 get 10000 pts what if i buy 50 but used 20 coupons will i get pts?
Thanks everyone for your replies. I am normally a Sobeys shopper, but just recently saw the PC card and considered it. The fact that you earn 0 points unless it's something that's featured (and likely overpriced), as well as the fact that Loblaws doesn't take Amex means the PC program won't work for me.
It says this on the PC Financial site:
You can earn PC points toward free groceries, Joe Fresh Style™ fashions, home furnishing and more when you pay with your PC Financial no fee bank account at participating stores where President's Choice® products are sold.
This table lists how many PC points you can earn.
Earn How 5 PC points Per $1 spent on your bank card at participating stores where President's Choice® products are sold. 10,000 PC points When you set-up direct deposit for your paycheque or pension to your no fee bank account*.
yep, I definitely get the points by using my debit card - I don't have a PC Mastercard, just the debit so there isn't any confusion on where the points might be coming from.
site having tech difficulties, can't load now
For next week -
200 - every $1 selfserve deli meat; every $1 on oranges and cousins; same with tomatoes, broccoli, potatoes, apples; Campbell's canned soup
400 - Breton crackers, Pringles,
1000 - Folgers coffee
1200 - Tropicana oj
750 - High Liner salmon
600 - VH Asian sauces
700 - NN peanuts
Now they loaded.
Just popped into my account and two new bonus offers are shown:
2500 pts for every $10 on bread and rolls
1000 pt when you buy Lindor Armour Hearts
Both expire Feb. 13. The bread offer must have been prompted by the sliced loaf and reduced price tea biscuits purchased two days ago. Those 50% off biscuits had the juicy raisins-yum!
While I generally love the PC program especially since it's where I do most of my shopping except for fruit/veg and meats, I am getting tired of every single offer week I have do a points inquiry to get my points added. At least they add them the next day but still it's a pain.
While they are doing really good at making my offers based on the products I buy I just wish they'd space them out a bit. For example I had an offer on Campbell's broth and I stocked up and now I have it again and the last offer was last week! I use a lot of stock but not that much!
I got :
600 points for Oasis 1.75L refrigerated juice, on sale this week for 1.99
200 points for every $1 spent on fresh beef, medium fresh ground beef club size on sale this week for 3.99lb.
I got a bonus offer. 2,500 WUS $10 in PC Black Label products. Never bought them before but we'll try them if the prices are ok
i had two offers this week that weren't credited correctly, but i did a points inquiry online and they were literally credited within minutes
one of my personal offers that had to go through points inquiry is still showing as available!
the other offer was the in-store tostitos/pepsi offer. i also had a personal offer on pepsi 12 packs but the price was no good! i decided to do the $20 coupon booklet offer since i'd get 4000 pc points (2000 wub $10 pepsi/tostitos). only 2000 were added on my receipt and the other 2000 points inquiry. i was more restricted going this route, but i got to make some pretty damn tasty nachos last night :D

Can't seem to load my offers today, haven't had issues before….
My old offers expiring today are still there?? I guess I get my new ones on Friday maybe.
Odd, my offers are there Thursday morning on the site, I get the email later in the day.
My offers are there after midnight and get the email later Friday afternoon.
Do I have to load all offers? Can I not just pick the ones I am more likely to use? If so, how? I don't see 'Load offer* buttons for individual items. Up to now I've been loading all offers every week. But more than half my offers every week are for products I do not ever use, e.g. soda and coffee. I'm vegetarian so it seems like I don't get that many offers in the first place. I thought if I could just load the ones I might buy (depending on price) they would get the hint and drop the other products and hopefully replace with other vegetarian-friendly products. Any hints how I can get them to pay more attention to the products that I have purchased in the past, especially those I purchased w/o any bpts attached? I do use my plus card with all purchases, even if there are no points attached.
Silk
Silk, I thought each offer was in its own box with a checkmark inside the box to load it, so you may be able to load just the ones you want, I just logged out, don't have the page up, but I am certain you can load each one as you choose.
Personal offer: buy PC dip, minimum 200g, get 1400 PC Plus points.
PC dip usually costs $3.49. Pink sticker makes it 50% off or $1.75. With the points offer, it's like paying $0.35 for each dip:shade:
Hoping someone can help me. I have offers for vegetables and there have always been 'for each 1.00 you spend....'
this time I have an offer for lettuce but no mention of quantity or $$ amount to be spent. Would it be the points for each unit or only on 1 unit.
Thanks
I always get 300 points for iceberg lettuce. It`s per head.
What Crochetlady said. And if you purchase more than one in the same transaction, you *should* be awarded the points for each one that you buy, assuming they are sold as individual units. (As always with personal offers, it's only valid in the first transaction that you use it)
thanks - have offers for pineapple too. Hoping to find a great price to PM at RCSS
