Same here. The majority of points I earn are only because I PM other stores that have it cheaper. If I had to choose between getting points or going to a different store and getting a better price, I'd choose the other store.Quote:

Shopped at Loblaws late this afternoon, did not get the 2500 pts for spending $10+ worth of PC frozen dinners/entrees (bonus digital offer), submitted points inquiry as soon as I got home, checked awhile ago and noticed I got my points.
I'd call them about that. You didn't meet the minimum but they didn't meet normal expectations with letting you load your offers. How are you supposed to if their site is downQuote:

I still managed to get just over 10,000 points for spending $63.
I had to send them another inquiry for 2000 points but they added them within 5 minutes of me sending the inquiry.

I got 5k on $20 in the meat department and 5k on $20 in produce. I only spend $40 a week on food so I will not get these and my husband isn't doing a shop this week. Oh well!
No mid-week bonus offer is lurking on my account. So am tapping my toes to see what Friday brings.

having problems with pc plus on my phone... again. this is the second time i've had to uninstall and reinstall. anyone else have problems with this?

I was happy with a few produce items on my offers too this week. 200 points on each $1.00 spent on broccoli, lemons, spinach and parsley. 300 on strawberries.
Well, wouldn't you know it - haven't really been using pts, nor shopping for much at Extra, howeveer the offers for next week are really good -BUT $ is tight, so we'll only be buying basics for the week. What a bummer!

I bought enough for the kids to last all Summer PLUS packets for DD's class for the end of year. Must resist but it's such a good deal! :)

I did get a bonus offer sometime last week for 5000 points wus $25 on fresh meat so I'll be using that one for sure.
I'm disappointed. Terrible offers that I'd never buy and never have bought. I feel like I got someone else's offers :( I loaded them and went shopping and didn't use a single one - maybe they'll get the hint.

Am I the only one who seems to get locked out of my account on fridays and fridays only? I try to log on to check my offers as today is my grocery list day (and shop day today too!) but the site is never working on fridays.

Got 500 points for men's degree deoderant. It is 1.49 at fresco have the one dollar off coupon and tomorrow is no tax day at superstore ..so free
Does everyone get 'limited' offers---for example I was planning on buying coke and it has a point offer--but only good for one six pack. No points on the second. Is this normal? I am just trying to get about 2000 more points to use my points, and I am not having much luck.
The app wasn't working for me on Thursday. I went shopping and had bought quite a few things that had points, but it just said "Points unavailable" or something like that on my receipt. I waited a bit and the points never did show up in the app, but it did show that I had made a purchase, so I called. The guy was super friendly and asked what all I was supposed to get points on. The total was 2450. He said they'd be added within half an hour and they were. Same as last time I had to call. I must say, I am very pleased with their customer service.
