    I bet three cans of tomatoes that the Canucks will win tonight...four if it goes to overtime!! All proceeds to the local food bank...Wanna bet??

    LOVE THIS!!! I want to raise the stakes to 2 packs of diapers for the Food Bank that the BRUINS will take the cup tonight! (I've already donated 9 packs of diapers and a bunch of groceries last week... but I'll throw in some more diapers!)

    Edited to say: I just re-read the title of your post... does it need to be veggies?! I'll add 3 cans of veggie soup to that wager!

    Haha, in that case, hopefully you interpret the "Canucks" in my signature to be us smartcanucks, and not the Vancouver Canucks Hockey, hockey everywhere eh?

    Great idea for a thread.

    Edited to add: Count me in for canned tomatoes, canned chicken, and a jar of peanut butter provided Vancouver takes the cup. For the record, I'm thinking of Vancouver as Canada's team for the Stanley Cup finals only - my heart still lies with the Leafs (no hating, please)
