So I decided since I did my "Insert Walk" on Monday, I'd go on a "Cereal Box Walk" today...I hit up three new streets in my neighbourhood, spent about an hour and 20 minutes and this is what I got:

2 - B1G1 Cineplex
1 - Free Ice Cream ($5)
1 - Free Minute Maid
1 - Free Danone
1 - Free Hockey Shirt and Hockey News Magazine
1 - Kelloggs Pin towards Free Vintage Tee
1 - All Bran with $8 worth of coupons
1 - Allens Apple Juice with Oasis Coupons
1 - Huggies Coupon Mail out (for trade, PM me)
1 - Mc Donald's 50% off coupon
1 - Stouffers Rewards PIN (for trade, PM me)

3 - Hello Mags
4 - In Touch Mags
4 - other misc mags

Approx 50 baked goods gift boxes! Brand new, perfect for my Pumpkin Christmas cookies!!!!

And of course I had to grab the 4 Smart Sources and 1 P&G that jumped out at me (all for trade, pm me).

A bag full of liquor bottles...haven't added it up but a few bucks worth anyway!

AND two bundles of wood and three massive logs for the fire (we are always scouting free firewood as we go up north every weekend now)!

And yes I loaded the wood in my trunk and dragged home for Dbf...lmao!!!

And to finish it all off, I ran into the NICEST people today...noone yelled at me, everyone was friendly, polite and even offering to help me...lol!!!

I just finished my second recycle walk ever on Monday night - not much there, but I think as weeks go on I'll get better at soptting things. I've only been looking for inserts, I think I'll have to educate myself on all of these other things, like cereal boxes! Good job!

Cute gift boxes. I'm always looking for little gift boxes to use for daycare use. Two years ago before Fathers day I went to Pizza hut and they gave me 6 or 7 boxes free for our giant chocolate chip cookies to give to the DADS. This year they charged me .50 for 6 small pizza boxes. (still not bad.....around 8 cents each) We take them apart, turn them inside out and colour a huge cookie to glue on the front.
