    Does anyone know if the P&G coupons for Venus or ProGlide razors are good for refill blades, or is it just for a whole new razor?

    Whole new razor. You could possibly use the $5WUB3 gillette coupon though. Also, by the way, I would recommend just buying the starter packs due the fact that with coupons and sales, the products are almost always cheapers then the box of refills.
