You know I won't buy new blades for razors I refuse to pay the high cost its so much money even for a pack of 4 plus they have them locked up in vault ha-ha I find it cheaper to buy new razors every time its really a lot cheaper you can get razors with extra blades for a fraction of the price. Ohhh this is amazing!!! How nice of the company to do so (on top of their recent FPCs to "the man of the house")! My bf would love this (as would most men I assume)! I think that companies are getting fed up with some customers who are always complaining about not being able to catch a freebie in time and so forth, that it must've meant something to them to have actual effort put into writing them a letter. Good on you!

That's wonderful! That reminds me how of what cutomer appreciation used to mean. A sincere comment and an action on behalf of the company that recognizes the gesture of positive feeback.
