I stopped in at two different Food Basics (Lawrence and Pharmacy and Neilson and Ellesmere) and both locations had 99 cent Crest toothpaste (100ml).

I know a lot of people have been having issues locating the .97 cent toothpaste at Walmart, so this may be an alternative way to use those Crest toothpaste coupons (tear pad - that expire at the end of May).

Neilson and Ellesmere also had the Ziplock bags (40 for .99 cents = Free with $1 coupon from websaver).
