I'm really messed up!!!
I ordered the Empire Tickets and got all the way through to - PRINT YOUR TICKETS.
Darn it. Now what do I do? I don't have a printer!!! They always mailed out the tickets before so I didn't realize they had changed their proceedure.
Does anyone know if I can print out the tickets from the confirmation email or does it have to be from the original icoke page?
I have been waiting three hours for a response from icoke about this so I guess I'm not going to get it.
AND my computer keeps wanting to do an update and if I don't keep clicking on "remind me later" it will automaticly shut down and I will loose that icoke screen.
Does anyone have any suggestions????

Anyhow, do you have a local library or CAP site where you can print for a minimal fee? Even the UPS store does that I think.

They expire at the end of October, and you use the code on Empire Theatres website to print.

yes, if you don't enter pins from time to time your points expire I believe.

they should have sent an email..can't remember if it is 30 or 90 days before they will take them away

Just got the empire theatres tickets... so glad I checked in cause I usually miss out on these!.

Yes you have to print them but I think its better cause you can use them instantly instead of waiting for them to come in the mail (especially now with CP strike).

@kimmie bt- Maybe you can keep the code, or print it to .pdf to print later.

That happened to me too. I never received an email to say they were going to expire. I had about 8000 points, then I had 0. I emailed them to ask them what happened to my points, then I checked the terms and conditions and it says they do expire after 90 days if the account isn't active but you are supposed to receive and email to let you know they are about to expire. I didn't know when the last time I used my account was so I just figured it had passed the 90 days and didn't get an email. I never received a response from them but after about a month, my points were back up. I think it was a glitch in their system. Try emailing them but keep checking back to see if they come back up.
