Canada Post - Don't really want to hear from customers.

This video shows how parcels go through the automated machine system....hmmmm, I am not sure I believe the commentary that goes along with this, but it must be true if CP says so.

Canada Post has a very militant union, and is run by a bunch of not nice people who don't give a s**t about customer service. I've spoken to people who have worked for them. One told me that if she redirected mail even within the same apartment building without an address change than she would be fired. It's all about the money to them. Customer comes last.

I began this thread by publishing letters to and from Canada Post. Here is a final letter from them with a final response from me. To think, we depend on these people to conduct commerce on a competitive basis around the world.
