Help Please!

It is considered stacking, I have tried 2x to use fpc with BOGO and was denied. But some store allowed stacking (may be unintentionally), either way I see it as stacking too because you need to apply both coupons to the first item in order to get the 2nd item free...so the store is correct.

Yesterday I was at a superstore in ontario and there was a coupon at the store for $1.00 off of scott paper towel.....i also had a coupon from scott the company for $2.00 off of any scott product and when i was at the cashier i handed her bothe coupons but not at the same time because i thought i forgot one at home and she accepted them bothe.....so i guess it is who you get.
