At the Shoppers Drug Marts in BC you get $30 for every prescription you transfer from another store to theirs. This is advertised online and on signs outside some stores. I went to Nordel location today and they wouldn't do it! I had even called another location that has the sign and they had said yes. Then I asked for the manager and he said he would do it this one time but only if I transferred it from Safeway. No where does is say Safeway only!! My prescriptions are at Save On and so I can't do it.

After some phone calls and very polite arguing, I got the manager to agree that he should honor the promo. Going to pick up my prescriptions and gift cards in an hour!

Good for you! I noticed the same sign over toward the Surrey/Delta border this week-end and thought I would go to Fleetwood SDM and have my prescriptions transferred there from Pharmasave. I have been planning on doing this for a while because my SDM is open 24-hours. Hope I don't have any difficulties...I want my $60!!!
