I've been away for almost a week, no internet (gasp). But I managed to find a few great deals.
No Frills $2.00 sale had corn flakes and rice crispies on for $2... and I had a couple coupon zone save$3 wub3 kelloggs. $1 per box! and they weren't the small boxes!
I'll be taking the flyer and CZ to walmart and independant to see if I can score any of those cereals with FPC's on the box.
Found one store that had purina one trial sizes... and did well outfitting my uncle's new appartment with some of the cleaning supplies I got for free
... 3L of fantastic, and 1 trigger (2 b1g1), 1 srubbing bubbles trigger, some swiffer products. Using the various coupons from SS, P&G, and save.ca and then the overage from the purina $2.50 coupons, I got $60 in products for under $10 (over several shopping trips).

Where did you find the trial size dog food? I've been searching for months! Guess I haven't been in the right store!

Lol! I was just in Sarnia today, too!! I stopped at RCSS (got my Choc Cheerios and Fibre One there) and Walmart for the Delissio pizzas. I wasn't brave enough to hit NF (I don't do well in that store from some reason...too busy, the lights are weird and throw me off...can't concentrate). I figured I would go to the Glencoe NF after the kids get home from school...it is usually much less busy than Sarnia.
There was a lady in front of me in Walmart...she had a cart full of food and a toddler in the seat. Her total was well over $200. I almost cried! I was tossing whether I should tell her about SC, but didn't end up interrupting her conversation.

Trust me, you don't want to try the no frills in Sarnia this week... there is a funk in the air... like meat went bad in the air ducts or something. Plus, they don't seem to have the same pricing as the NF I usually shop at (Belleville has the bulk section for wholesalers).

Great brag!
I won't lie, though, the 'Sarnia' part caught my attention. Hubby was born there, but his mom moved him and his brother out to BC when he was a baby. His biological father lives out there, but he's never met the guy (we know his name and everything, but don't have contact with him). I always wonder when I see people from Sarnia... 'Maybe they know hubby's father? Maybe they're one of hubby's father's other children! Could you imagine a family reunion on SmartCanucks?'
Lol. I have a good imagination.
