FPC coupon question?

I bought the Quantum Finish recently and the product was damaged so I contacted Manufacturer to let them know they were nice enough to send me a replacement coupon. I have tried to use this coupon in Pricesmart as well as a RCSS and both had issues with the wording (Pricesmart said they wont take it cause there was no price limit on it RCSS said they wont take it cause it says it includes all taxes) I was under the impression that an FPC would be one of the more simple coupons to use. does anyone have an Idea on how to use this coupon?

Try taking it to Wal Mart, they seem to take anything with no issues

you can use it at walmart, giant tiger, shoppers drug mart or even rexall

ive used FPC's at walmart a bunch of times, even when the coupon included the sales tax and never had a problem.

Did you still have to pay the taxes?

If the fpc says taxes are included, then you do not have to pay the tax. I have never had a problem with an FPC, others are right though, Walmart is the best with coupons of any kind for the most part.
