I was just emailed this from shoppers voice...Thank you for contacting us. We value your input.
As of 2013; we regret to inform you that we are no longer sending paper surveys or coupon packets by mail.
Occasionally, you will receive online coupons to be used at your discretion. The offers will vary based on your response to the consumer survey. Our partner companies may offer various incentives for participating in selected panels.
I don't know if anyone else was wondering but I was disappointed...This thread is currently associated with: Shoppers Drug Mart

Well that stinks! I loved getting shopper's voice coupons!

I saw another post about this as well. I will certainly not bother with the survey if there is no incentive as it was very time consuming.

First time I've heard this! Thanks for letting us know though- I'll probably skip Shoppers Voice from now on and just do $$ payout surveys.
Totally disappointed that they didn't let their survey takers know before the last survey. I'm pretty sure I filled it out and wasted like, an hour+ on it.
I wonder what changed?

Let's collectively let them know our thoughts and lack of willingness to participate(if that's how you feel) - when we get the next round of shoppersvoice surveys and return them blank with the reason why. Use YOUR voice to be heard.

I will not be filling this out unless they are sending me something. It is a way of them to do "free" market research and give us coupons for our willingness. I am not willing to give them my info if I am not getting anything for it. I think they made a bad decision about this and they will clearly see it when all of us stop doing the survey.

That sucks so much, I remember doing this when I was early teens because the thrill of having that huge envelope of samples and coupons (usually at least one FPC!) was amazing.
I doubt I'll do it anymore. It usually takes around 30-45 mins to fill out, and that isn't worth being occasionally emailed printable coupons that anyone can get and aren't valuable at all.

I did the last survey months ago and was wondering why I didn`t get any coupons. I always did before. I too will no longer do it.

Their surveys are very time-consuming....so I won't be doing them anymore either.

I bet the reason they're doing this is because of the people they were getting to do the surveys were all heavy coupon users, skewing the results.

I know plenty of neighbours who did the survey because it landed on their doorstep who have never used a coupon in their lives (oh the good old days of them giving them to me), doing it online only will skew the results as it is largely talked about on survey/coupon sites too
