I did a major coupon shop at Shoppers tonight. However i did not receive points for the dollars amount of my coupons.... I had about 75$ worth of coupons... Could it be a result of coupon code 2002 that the cashier entered? I made shure to give my card before she started to enter the coupon credits. If so, is there anything i can do to get the points that should have been rewarded?

You need to go back to the store and return everything. All coupons should have been put in as 2001. I would take it up with a manager asap.

Coupon Code 2002 is for Free product coupons and you don't get points on those. She did it wrong.

Did you use coupons for free products? You don't get points for those. For all others, you should have received points. You can also call head office and talk to them about it. The number is on the receipt I think.

If you had 75$ coupons for free products, then you wouldn't get points, and don't pay tax either, if those were dollas off coupons then you should get points!

She didn't do it wrong if you had FPC's. If she entered $ off coupon as 2002, then obviously you should call...but other than that, I believe you our S.O.L. unless you want to return everything and purchase everything all over again (and I don't believe you would be getting your coupons back either...)

They are right I am sure I read that you had 75 dollars in coupons. If they were Free product coupons she did it right if regular they were done wrong. Let us know what happened with it.

I think it was probably a FPC as mentioned by other posters.
What is code 2001 and 2002?
These are the "codes" that the cashier enters to tell the computer what kind of coupon is being used. 2001 is supposed to be used for regular $ off coupons.
You earn points on these coupons, but pay taxes on the amount too. 2002 is for free product coupons (try me free type coupons).
You do not earn points on these coupons but you also do not pay taxes. There are other codes such as 2003 but they are rarely used
