I hate you for having more cereal than me.

I actually like both. I spent far too much time this morning deciding which one to eat. I was like, "Well, the Cheerios are lower in calories... but they're also not as filling, are higher in sodium and don't have as much other good stuff in them. Also, they're chocolate."

Somebody suggested using them as a base for trailmix!!
    Or

This recipe for Crunchy Chocolate Bars is one of my families favourite (and doesn't heat up the kitchen!!). Substitue Chocolate Cheerios for this and invent Crunchy Double Chocolate Bars!!

In saucepan combine one 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate pieces (2 cups) and 3/4 cup chunk-style peanut butter. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in 3 cups round oat cereal (Cheerios). Turn into waxed paper-lined 8x8x2 inch baking pan; chill. Cut into bars. Makes 36

LOL. No, I went for the Fibre 1. This fat butt of mine has gained five pounds since I started couponing (!!), and I need to do something about it. I figured the Fibre 1 had more calories, but would keep me full until lunch so I wouldn't be tempted to graze. I enjoyed it!

Cheap food = good for the wallet, bad for the waistline.

    PS: Baggypants, you're not helping.

Great shopping! I had the same problem with the cottonelle. Apparently those ones with the aloe weren't included in the sale.

I find the cheerios disgusting with milk, as they turn the milk light brown - I hate cereals that color the milk. Yuck.

But they are awesome dry as a snack. Not too sweet.

But yeah, between the salt and the sugar(as well as other ingredients) they are not going to prolong your life.
