I keep hoping that maybe some leftover mail that was on its way before they striked will get put in! I have not yet checked my mail though. I understand exactly how you guys feel though! I spend probably 10% of my day just thinking about how I want to check the mail.. maybe, just maybe something will be there!!! It wont be though

I did the same thing yesterday when I got home. I stopped the truck in the driveway and ran across the street as quickly as I could before someone saw me. Opened the box and yes it was empty! I knew it would be!

LOL, I think we all do it out of Habit, I do it at least once a day, Our Postmain, you could never tell when he was coming, Feel like an Idiot though, & evey time I do it that just waht I think. OKay somethings the Newspaper is in there, that can cause Excitment for Flyers. Dear Lord What has my Life come to ?

I resisted checking my mailbox since the strike started, but i just couldn't take it anymore...so i walked to the box and made the kids turn the key (so I didn't look like the wierdo!!) and there sat my child assistance payment!! Yay!
