Long story short, I always kept 1 tied up so that they stay home. This neighbor always leaves the same time as me every morning so he knows my schedule. And 4 days on a row while I was gone on a band trip with my daughter, somehow my dogs magically got lose. ( not sure how they were able to undo a carabiner *insert sarcasm here*) my DH was fit to be tied coming home every night to lose dogs. The last night when I got home, the neighbor showed up at my doors holding 4 dead rabbits and a shotgun. Said I had to pay him $300 because my dogs killed his rabbits and that if saw my dogs again he would shoot them. Now I am farm kid and I understand the need to protect livestock. But how do you explain dead rabbits that have no blood or drool marks on them, and supposedly killed by a breed of dog that protects all livestock not attacks. That was bad enough but then I started getting notes taped to my door threatening to poison them. We have had many issues with this neighbor in the past, he works for a government agency as a computer tech but seems to think he is entitled to tell everyone what to do and how they should do it but honestly has no clue as to what the laws actually are. He tried to tell me that the trail cam pictures I have of him on my property are not admissible in court and against the law, because I took his picture without his consent...... Is this douche for real, he was the one trespassing. So for the safety of my dogs I found them a new home where they won't be threatened by a deranged idiot. A family friend of my MIL took them, so I get weekly updates as to how they are settling in. They are very happy guarding and protecting a herd of cow and calf pairs.

My BIL Works with RCMP, hes the Canada equivalent to FBI for the RCMP ANd I have had issuse with people coming to my property, and if you have video cameras, or stuff to take stills of people on your property who are trespassing, its is ABSOLUTELY admissible in court. Your neighbor seems like a real A&^%*@#.. I really hope you dont have to deal with that crap much longer
