I'm going to a bridal shower hosted by my sister at my parents house this weekend. It's an English Garden Party/Tea Tasting theme. Hopefully the weather is going to be nice as it is supposed to me outdoors. I think there are about 5-7 different teas, a the favour is a little tea cup & saucer. There is also going to be cucumber & watercrest sandwiches, shortbread, tarts & scones with clotted cream mmmmm.... In additional to a couple traditional bridal shower games, there is also to be croquet & bowls!

I think a lot of things on my list can be found on amazon......in fact a few things on my list were sitting in my amazon cart, waiting for me to place another order :)

Do you usually cook/eat at home or dine out/take out? More at home, however, there's usually a pizza night once a week. My BF would eat pizza every day if he could, ugh!


What is favourite food(s) or type of food? Mexican, Thai, Indian. Prefer anything spicy with lots of flavours.


Do you prefer bright or pastel colours? Combination of both.. More on the bright side but I do love a very soft peach, or pale pinks for tops.


Would my buddy like any hygeine products?? Razors, shave gel, pads, tampons, deodorant etc?
The Venus razors that have the wide head that pivots would be awesome if you have them.. I always cut myself with the standard "Daisy" type disposable. I'm good for pads, shave gel and deodorant, but tampons I can use. (regular or light.. not a super girl! Lol)


would my buddy like any perfume? I have lots big bottles of high end fragrance from that drug store that closed down as well..... Nina ricci, Versace, Gwen stafani lambe, juicy coture.... Etc?? Love, LOVE perfume! Any light florals or sporty type is great, just not the heavy musky type.. it tends to give me a headache. (My fave is "Lovely" by SJP)

Stockpile items that I am always in need of: Dish soap, Bounce Sheets, Garnier Intensive Care Lotion
Splenda minis

And for the kiddo - rainbow chip cookies, if you need another treat to add lol

Oh and no perfume for me, or personal hygene products, I've got so many!

So I got my vacation time off approved from work! Yeah!! We are officially going to Vancouver (Burnaby to be more specific) from Aug 9th - Aug 16th! I'm so excited cuz I haven't been on vacay since my honeymoon almost 5 yrs ago...

So buddy, I just realized I need a ton of travel-related stuff that we don't have:

- luggage tags for a family of 3
- luggage locks
- grooming/cosmetic travel bag or hanger
- black backpack for DH to use as his carry-on
- colouring books & crayons or those erasable/markers activity books to keep DD occupied on the plane ride (she'll be 20 mths old by then)

Do you usually cook/eat at home or dine out/take out? i love to cook but sometimes dont have the time, love going out to eat though. We love swiss chalet, original joes, montanas, white spot etc
