Hi ladies - thank you all for the distractions, laughs and entertainment. I'm up north now for a few days at the cottage and trying/hoping to escape a little bit from the last week's events. Nobody should have to bury a child, but to have to bury two in exactly 7 months....it's just not fair. (I dont typically throw the term "fair" around, cause let's be honest. Life's not fair.). So yah....I've been pretty down but just keep swimming, right?

Dlee - spend your time focusing on the good things in your life. Take a break from your "friends" and social media because it's obvious you can't be sure who your friends are right now, and social media isn't doing you any favours. My anthem is "stronger" by Kelly Clarkson. "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger"....feel free to borrow it. Spend time with your family and Tobias because he's what matters. Get active. I a firm believer in faking it til you make it. If you are still having depressed thoughts though, go see your doctor. But just make the most of what you have and look at this as an opportunity to work on being he best you that you can be and not have to worry about a guy and "friends".

So, I am JUST getting into this Candy Crush game...and I can't get past level 23. Any pointers? I only started playing it because I got fed up of the pop ups while I played 4 pics 1 word...lol!

I've received:
- a cookie scoop
- banana flavoured mummums (pretty sure A would eat them all in one sitting if I let her)
- a Dr. Seuss board book (luckily A doesn't know yet that I screw up the words when reading it to her...friggin tongue twisters. Hoping that I can learn them by the tine she knows what's going on)
- 2 homemade jams (can't wait to try these when I get home). They look amazing. Nice and berrylicious and fill of seeds....just the way I love it. I think it's raspberry and then a mixed berry one. Salivating just thinking about it on an english muffin.
- the sun'll come out, tomorrow! Frig, I need that dvd up here with me now! Julie hooked me up! I don't think you actually understand my love for this movie. It's up there with Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman and Anne of Green Gables for my all time faves. ♥ oh, to clarify, I got Annie on dvd (the 1980's kick a $$ version) ♥ all of my gifts have been awesome, but I think this one has made me go "awww" and smushy the most. Lame, I know.

Good Morning! So sad it's the last day But we got some great gifts! Jackson got another movie I'm so happy to have some variety! And he also got a really neat "fishing" game for the bathtub. I got some dish clothes and more K-cups! which is good because that kahlua one is so yummy and I was wanting more lol.

We just opened our last prezzies, I'm kinda sad to see the empty box but got happy fast when I opened my gift, I got a beautiful coupon sorter, I LOVE the fabric. Trent got a package of Trash Packs and he said wow Mom this lady is awesome!! He loves them and said he has gotten 2 rare ones in there so good pick Thank you so much for everything Gwenad, it was all perfect for both of us!

I'm glad you like the print! I wanted to get you hippos but she didn't have any hippo fabric and it would have taken too long to order in and then make. And I'm glad Trent likes the garbage thingies, I had no idea what they were so had to wander around Toys R Us for a bit... with a 3-year-old along. That was fun lol. Oh well, worth it!

Will leave feedback after breakfast and before we leave for the zoo! We're off to Papanak zoo today, never been so I hope it's good, and not too hot lol. Jackson is super excited!

Candy Crush is great, and so frustrating! Some levels are easier than others Just keep at it, and if you have a smart phone or ipad you can put it on there too, so then you get like 10 lives instead of 5

Wow! This month flew by. So incredibly grateful for all the amazing gifts we received from Armygirl76 and Hailey! I can't get pictures to load but yesterday I opened up a beautiful Davids Tea "Perfect Tea Mug". It was purple with a gold elephant.. LOVE IT! Today I opened up my #1 wish!!! A Vino2Go cup! Ever since I bought BluzSuz one a while back I have wanted one!!! This is so amazing! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!! The girls received some pretty cool LUSH moldable soap (Think soap like playdoh!). I can't wait until bath time tonight- grandma dropped in last night and "Forgot" to go home so bath time was missed. Today they opened up a GIANT tub of pink LEGO!!!! Thank you so much- you have gone above and beyond!
