    No, you don't need an email. This offer is from a few weeks ago so I think it's expired. We were there yesterday and saw this offer. They still had tons of mascara and a bucket of used mascara. We asked about it and the offer is still good until quantities lasts, so YMMV. Went back today to get free mascara.
